Buy A Brick is a specialized fund-raising campaign that provides individuals and groups with a scalable sponsorship opportunity and a lasting tribute to their generosity.
The grounds will have paths that wind through the lush vegetation and connect the various sections of the site. The Buy A Brick campaign will allow you or your organization to purchase naming rights to one or more bricks. You will be able to inscribe your name and/or a short message on each brick, making each a lasting legacy to your support of the monument site.
Individuals or companies can purchase bricks for $30. Each brick can be inscribed with with a message of up to 25 characters. We happily and gratefully accept purchases via PayPal, credit card (using PayPal), Interac eTransfer, and by cheque.
Credit Cards or PayPal Payments
We accept payments by Visa, Master Card, American Express through PayPal. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to use your credit card. PayPal will accept a one-time transaction just like any other online purchase. You can also make a payment through your PalPal account.
During the PayPal process, there will be a memo section where you will be prompted to notify us of the inscription or inscriptions that you want on your bricks. Remember, each brick has room for a 25-character message.
Interac eTransfer
If you are set up for online banking, you can make a Interac eTransfer to Payments must be sent via your online banking site to Friends of the Tecumseh Monument using treasurer@tecumsehmonument.ca. You will be required to send us the answer to a security question that you select during the payment process.
You will also need to send us written notice of the inscription or inscriptions that you want on your bricks. Remember, each brick has room for a 25-character message.
Both the security question answer and the inscription confirmation can be sent via email.
